Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how SIA “NRJ Print House” (the DRUKiO brand) processes your personal data when you use the drukio.lv website and our printing services. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and use your data only to fulfil orders and provide the service.

What data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we process the following data:

Account data — name, surname, email address and profile picture when you register or log in (including via Google or Facebook).
Order data — delivery address or chosen parcel locker, phone number, ordered items, sizes, quantities and comments.
Design files — images and designs you upload or create in the editor so they can be printed.
Payment data — payments are processed by Klix (Citadele bank). We do not store your bank card details; we only receive confirmation of a successful or failed payment.
Technical data — IP address, browser type and cookies required for the website to function and stay secure.

Login with Google or Facebook

If you choose to log in with Google or Facebook, we only receive your name, email address and public profile picture from that service. We use this to create and identify your DRUKiO account.

We do not post anything on your behalf, do not access your friends list, messages or other information, and do not use this data for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in your Google or Facebook account settings.

Why we process data

To fulfil your order and deliver the product (performance of a contract).
To contact you about your order, confirmations and support.
To issue accounting documents and meet legal requirements.
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests).

Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with those needed to fulfil your order:

NRJ production system — order data and design files are passed to our production for manufacturing.
Delivery partners — Omniva and Venipak receive the data needed for delivery (name, phone, locker or address).
Payment processing — Klix / Citadele bank processes the payment.
Data storage — files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage.

Retention period

We keep account data while you have an active account. Order and accounting data is kept for as long as Latvian law requires (usually up to 5 years for accounting documents).

We keep design files so you can reorder; you can delete them in the “My designs” section of your account.

Cookies

We only use functional cookies on the website, needed to keep you logged in and save your cart. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access your data and receive a copy.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
Restrict or object to processing.
Lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).

Data deletion

You can delete your data and account at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Send a request to info@drukio.lv from the email you registered with, marked “Delete my data”.

After receiving the request, we delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except data we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting documents for already completed orders).
