Delivery
DRUKiO is an online print studio, and we work by shipping only — we deliver the finished order directly to you. In-person pickup is not available. This lets us focus on quality printing and fast shipping across Latvia.
Delivery methods
During checkout you can choose the delivery method that suits you. Available options:
- 📦 Omniva parcel locker — receive your parcel at the nearest Omniva locker across Latvia. Convenient and cost-effective.
- 📮 Venipak parcel locker — pickup at the nearest Venipak locker, a wide network across Latvia.
- ⚡ Venipak express courier — delivery directly to your specified address. Convenient for larger orders or when you need it faster.
Choose the specific locker at the checkout step; for courier, enter the delivery address.
Delivery timelines
Each item is made individually to your order, so the timeline starts after successful payment and design confirmation. Production itself takes 2–3 days.
After production the item is sent to the parcel locker the same day. If you chose express delivery and the item is ready by 12:00, it is handed over for delivery the same day — in Riga it arrives the next day, in the rest of Latvia within 1–2 days.
So for DTF (transfer) printing the total time from order to receipt is 2–5 days, depending on production load and the chosen delivery method.
Screen printing (and mixed printing) production takes 4–7 days + delivery, because screens must be prepared separately for each job.
DRUKiO is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider or force majeure.
Delivery price and payment
The delivery fee depends on the chosen method and is clearly shown before payment — with no hidden costs. Locker delivery is more cost-effective; courier delivery to an address is slightly more expensive. Payment for the product and delivery is made in a single transaction through the secure Klix (Citadele) payment system.
